Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars Creamy Swirl Squares

Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars are creamy cheesecake squares with a graham cracker crust and cinnamon swirl topping.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs or 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce for vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 –3 tablespoons milk almond or oat milk for dairy-free

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing overhang for easy removal.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  • Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs (or applesauce) and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
  • In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Spread cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust. Drizzle cinnamon mixture on top and swirl gently with a knife.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes, until edges are golden and center is set. Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  • Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle glaze over chilled Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars.
  • Lift from pan using parchment, slice into squares, and serve.

Notes

  • Substitute dairy-free cream cheese and plant-based milk for a lactose-free option.
