Chocolate Stuffed Mini Pancake Bites

Soft and fluffy mini pancake bites filled with warm melted chocolate.Easy to make with pancake mix and simple ingredients.Perfect for breakfast, brunch, snacks, or dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams Betty Crockers Pancake Mix
  • 325 ml milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate spread
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted for brushing

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pancake mix and milk until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
  • Pour the pancake batter into a piping bag for easier filling.
  • Warm the chocolate spread in the microwave for about 30 seconds until slightly loosened. Transfer it into another piping bag.
  • Heat a mini pancake pan or appe pan over medium-high heat.
  • Brush the wells lightly with melted butter.
  • Pipe a small amount of batter into each well, filling them halfway.
  • Add a small dollop of chocolate spread in the center of each pancake bite.
  • Cover the chocolate with more pancake batter until fully sealed.
  • Cover the pan and cook the Chocolate Stuffed Mini Pancake Bites for about 1 minute.
  • Use a fork and spoon to gently flip each pancake bite.
  • Cook for another 1–2 minutes until all sides are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter and serve warm immediately.

Notes

  • Serve with fresh berries, whipped cream, or maple syrup.
  • Mini pancake bites taste best when served warm.
  • You can use homemade pancake batter instead of boxed mix.
  • Add mini chocolate chips to the batter for extra chocolate flavor.
