Chocolate Protein Pancakes
Chocolate Protein Pancakes are a healthy breakfast made with bananas, oats, eggs, and chocolate protein powder.

- 4 large eggs
- 2 ripe bananas
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup chocolate protein powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Optional Toppings
- Powdered sugar
- Fresh strawberries diced
- Honey
Add the eggs, bananas, rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and cinnamon to a blender or food processor.
Blend until the mixture becomes completely smooth.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Pour approximately ¼ cup of batter onto the hot skillet for each pancake.
Cook until small bubbles form on the surface and the edges begin to set.
Carefully flip and cook for another minute until fully cooked through.
Serve warm with powdered sugar, strawberries, and a drizzle of honey if desired
