Chocolate Protein Pancakes are a healthy breakfast made with bananas, oats, eggs, and chocolate protein powder.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Optional Toppings

  • Powdered sugar
  • Fresh strawberries diced
  • Honey

Instructions
 

  • Add the eggs, bananas, rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and cinnamon to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until the mixture becomes completely smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  • Pour approximately ¼ cup of batter onto the hot skillet for each pancake.
  • Cook until small bubbles form on the surface and the edges begin to set.
  • Carefully flip and cook for another minute until fully cooked through.
  • Serve warm with powdered sugar, strawberries, and a drizzle of honey if desired

Notes

  • Chocolate whey or plant-based protein powder both work well.
  • The natural sweetness comes primarily from bananas.
  • Fresh berries complement the chocolate flavor beautifully.
  • These pancakes freeze exceptionally well for meal prep
