Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls are a no-bake snack made with oats, peanut butter, and protein powder.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 teaspoons water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • Stir well using a spoon or spatula until fully combined.
  • If the mixture feels too dry, add 1–2 extra teaspoons of water.
  • Scoop the mixture and roll into 1 to 1½ inch balls.
  • Place on a lined plate or tray.
  • Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
  • Enjoy your Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls chilled or store for later.

  • Swap peanut butter with almond or cashew butter
