Transfer dough onto the prepared baking sheet and press into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
Use a knife or pizza cutter to lightly score into fry-sized strips.
Chill the dough for 10–15 minutes to help maintain shape.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
While still warm, slice through the scored lines.
