Heat a skillet over high heat and cook chicken for 7–8 minutes until fully cooked.
In another bowl, mix all slaw ingredients until well combined.
Assemble chicken wonton tacos by filling shells with chicken, topping with slaw, and drizzling sweet chili sauce.
Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds before serving.
