Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded, diced, or sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado diced or sliced
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream mayonnaise, or your favorite creamy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice or lemon juice
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon cooking oil

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Filling
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced avocado, shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro, and fresh lime juice.
  • Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly coated while keeping the avocado pieces intact.
  • Step 2: Fill the Tortillas
  • Lay one tortilla flat on a clean work surface.
  • Place about one-quarter of the chicken mixture in the center.
  • Fold in the sides, then roll tightly into a burrito-style wrap.
  • Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  • Step 3: Toast the Wraps
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  • Place the wraps seam-side down in the hot pan.
  • Cook for 1–2 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Turn carefully and cook another 1–2 minutes until both sides are crisp and the cheese has melted.
  • Step 4: Serve
  • Slice each wrap in half if desired.
  • Serve warm with salsa, guacamole, ranch dressing, or extra sour cream.

  • Whole wheat tortillas can be substituted for regular flour tortillas.
