Step 1: Prepare the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced avocado, shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro, and fresh lime juice.
Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly coated while keeping the avocado pieces intact.
Step 2: Fill the Tortillas
Lay one tortilla flat on a clean work surface.
Place about one-quarter of the chicken mixture in the center.
Fold in the sides, then roll tightly into a burrito-style wrap.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Step 3: Toast the Wraps
Heat the oil in a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
Place the wraps seam-side down in the hot pan.
Cook for 1–2 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Turn carefully and cook another 1–2 minutes until both sides are crisp and the cheese has melted.
Step 4: Serve
Slice each wrap in half if desired.
Serve warm with salsa, guacamole, ranch dressing, or extra sour cream.
