Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the garlic bread on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until lightly crisp.
Remove from oven and sprinkle 1½ cups shredded mozzarella evenly over the bread. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat.
Add heavy cream, salt, black pepper, cayenne, basil, and oregano. Bring to a gentle simmer.
In a small bowl, whisk egg yolks with ¼ cup of the hot cream mixture to temper them.
Slowly pour the tempered yolks back into the saucepan, whisking continuously.
Simmer gently until slightly thickened. Add Parmesan cheese and whisk until melted and smooth.
Stir in fresh lemon zest.
Spread chopped chicken evenly over the garlic bread.
Spoon the Alfredo sauce evenly over the chicken.
Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake for another 15 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
Slice and serve warm.
