Crust
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup confectioners' sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter melted
Filling
- 1 package 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 carton 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed (about 3 cups)
Topping
- 1 can 21 ounces cherry pie filling
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, confectioners' sugar, and melted butter.
Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 8-inch square pan to form the crust.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until fully combined.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
Spoon the cherry pie filling over the top, spreading gently to cover the filling.
Refrigerate the Cherry Delight Recipe for at least 1 hour, or until fully set.
