In a medium bowl, combine the chopped chicken, garlic, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, hot sauce, and salt.
Stir until the mixture is evenly coated.
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Sprinkle approximately 2 tablespoons of grated cheese on the lower third of the tortilla.
Add about β
cup of the chicken mixture over the cheese.
Sprinkle another tablespoon of cheese over the filling.
Add a small amount of chopped green onion.
Fold both sides of the tortilla inward.
Roll tightly from the bottom to form a secure wrap.
Repeat with the second tortilla.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Lightly spray the skillet with olive oil.
Place the wraps seam-side down in the pan.
Cook for 3β4 minutes until golden and crispy.
Flip and cook for another 3β4 minutes.
Cover with a lid during cooking to help melt the cheese and heat the filling thoroughly.
Remove from the skillet.
Slice in half and serve warm.
