Cheese Chips Recipe Crispy Low Carb Snack
Crispy cheese chips made with shredded cheese and baked until golden.

- 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
- Italian seasoning optional
- Pizza sauce for dipping
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Place small mounds of shredded cheese (about 1 tablespoon each) onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
Optionally sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until melted and edges turn golden and crisp.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes until firm.
