Cheese Chips Recipe Crispy Low Carb Snack

Crispy cheese chips made with shredded cheese and baked until golden.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
  • Italian seasoning optional
  • Pizza sauce for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Place small mounds of shredded cheese (about 1 tablespoon each) onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  • Optionally sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  • Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until melted and edges turn golden and crisp.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes until firm.
  • Carefully lift and serve your Cheese Chips Recipe with pizza sauce or your favorite dip.

Notes

  • Try mozzarella for a milder flavor or mix cheeses for complexity
  • Serve with marinara, ranch, or garlic dip
