  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 medium apples peeled, cored, and sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Stir in caramel sauce, then gently fold in the apple slices.
  • Pour the filling into the crust and bake for 50–60 minutes, until the center is just set.
  • Let the Caramel Apple Cheesecake Recipe cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can drizzle extra caramel sauce on top before serving or add a pinch of cinnamon to the apple slices for extra warmth. This cheesecake pairs beautifully with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
