Preheat the oven to 385°F (196°C).
Remove the core from the cabbage and make 6 deep cuts around the center, about 2 inches long and 1/4 of the way down.
Rub olive oil all over the cabbage.
Season the cabbage with 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder, smoked paprika, paprika, Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, and chicken bouillon.
Squeeze half the lemon over the cabbage and rub the spices evenly into the cuts and outer leaves.
Place 3 tablespoons butter in the center of the cabbage. Wrap tightly with two layers of foil and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, melt the remaining butter and whisk in the remaining garlic powder, smoked paprika, paprika, Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice.
After the first hour, carefully unwrap the cabbage and spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons of the butter mixture over it. Rewrap tightly.
Bake for another hour until the cabbage is tender and flavorful.
Let the Cabbage Boil cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper before serving with extra butter sauce if desired.
