  • 2 teaspoons burger seasoning
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Diced burger pickles

Ranch Fries

  • 1 22-ounce bag frozen waffle fries
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1-ounce packet ranch seasoning mix

House Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon halal Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 grated garlic clove
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Bake the waffle fries according to the package instructions until golden and crispy.
  • Remove the fries from the oven and immediately toss them with melted butter and ranch seasoning until evenly coated.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, halal Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and grated garlic. Season with salt to taste.
  • Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat without adding oil.
  • Season one side of the ground beef with 1 teaspoon of burger seasoning.
  • Place the beef seasoned-side down into the hot skillet and let it cook undisturbed for several minutes to develop a rich crust.
  • Sprinkle the remaining seasoning over the top.
  • Flip the beef and break it into bite-sized crumbles while continuing to cook until fully browned.
  • Remove the beef from the heat.
  • Assemble the Burger Bowls by layering shredded lettuce, seasoned beef, ranch fries, tomatoes, diced pickles, and a generous drizzle of the house sauce.
  • Serve immediately while everything is hot and fresh.

Notes

  • Store-bought burger sauce can be substituted for the homemade version.
  • Add sliced red onions, jalapeños, or crispy fried onions for additional flavor.
  • Serve with dill pickles or a simple side salad for a complete meal.
  • Use lean ground turkey or chicken if desired.
