Ingredients
  

  • 1 can white beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add the white beans, buffalo sauce, cumin, and garlic powder to a medium skillet.
  • Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are fully warmed and coated in the buffalo sauce.
  • Lightly mash some of the beans with the back of a spoon for a creamier taco filling.
  • Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
  • Spoon the Buffalo White Bean Tacos filling evenly into each tortilla.
  • Top with sliced avocado, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and fresh cilantro.
  • Serve immediately while warm.
