Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Buffalo Chicken Sliders with crispy chicken and melted cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound breaded chicken tenders
  • ¾ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss cooked chicken tenders with buffalo wing sauce until fully coated.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
  • Arrange the buffalo chicken evenly over the bottom buns.
  • Drizzle ranch dressing over the chicken.
  • Layer provolone cheese slices on top.
  • Place the top buns over the cheese.
  • Mix melted butter with sesame seeds and brush over the tops.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake another 5–10 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  • These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are best served warm and fresh from the oven.

Notes

  • You can substitute ranch with garlic yogurt sauce
