4ozcream cheese½ block, softened
1/3cupmozzarella cheese
5–6 mini bell peppersthinly sliced

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil. Add chicken tenders and simmer 5–6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove and shred with two forks.
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce. Adjust heat to taste.
In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese with remaining 1 tablespoon buffalo sauce until smooth.
Place flatbread on a baking sheet. Spread evenly with buffalo cream cheese mixture.
Top with buffalo chicken, mozzarella cheese, and sliced mini bell peppers.
Bake for 7–9 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden top. Watch carefully.
Remove from oven, drizzle with ranch dressing, sprinkle green onions, slice, and serve.
