Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • Extra Biscoff spread for topping
  • Biscoff cookies for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add the heavy cream and Biscoff spread to a large mixing bowl.
  • Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the mixture until smooth and medium peaks form.
  • Be careful not to overmix, as the mousse can separate if whipped too long.
  • Spoon the mousse into a large serving bowl or divide it among individual dessert glasses.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until chilled and set.
  • Before serving, drizzle with additional Biscoff spread.
  • Garnish with crushed or whole Biscoff cookies if desired.
