  • 1 cup Biscoff spread plus extra for topping

  • Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip until smooth and medium peaks form.
  • Be careful not to overbeat, as the mixture may separate.
  • Transfer the mousse into serving bowls or glasses.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until set and cool.
  • Top with extra Biscoff spread and crushed Biscoff cookies if desired.
