Berry Honey Yogurt Parfait

A Berry Honey Yogurt Parfait is a quick no-cook breakfast made with layers of Greek yogurt, granola, honey, and fresh berries.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt divided
  • 1 cup granola divided
  • 4 tablespoons honey divided
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Powder in French Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix the fresh berries with the French vanilla breakfast powder until evenly coated.
  • Take two serving glasses or bowls and spread ½ cup of yogurt at the bottom of each.
  • Add ¼ cup granola on top of the yogurt layer.
  • Drizzle 1 tablespoon honey over the granola.
  • Add ¼ cup of the berry mixture.
  • Repeat the layers once more in each glass.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your Berry Honey Yogurt Parfait.

Notes

  • You can replace vanilla yogurt with plain yogurt and add extra honey.
