Berry Honey Yogurt Parfait
A Berry Honey Yogurt Parfait is a quick no-cook breakfast made with layers of Greek yogurt, granola, honey, and fresh berries.

- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt divided
- 1 cup granola divided
- 4 tablespoons honey divided
- 1 cup fresh mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 3 tablespoons Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Powder in French Vanilla
In a medium bowl, mix the fresh berries with the French vanilla breakfast powder until evenly coated.
Take two serving glasses or bowls and spread ½ cup of yogurt at the bottom of each.
Add ¼ cup granola on top of the yogurt layer.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon honey over the granola.
Add ¼ cup of the berry mixture.
Repeat the layers once more in each glass.
Serve immediately and enjoy your Berry Honey Yogurt Parfait.
- You can replace vanilla yogurt with plain yogurt and add extra honey.
