BBQ Chicken Flatbreads Recipe
BBQ Chicken Flatbreads are crispy flatbreads topped with seasoned chicken, BBQ sauce, mozzarella, and fresh vegetables.

Chicken
- 1 large boneless skinless chicken breast about 300 g, cut into small bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt flakes
- ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Flatbreads
- 4 flatbreads
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 small red onion finely sliced
- 1 small bell pepper finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander optional
Marinate the chicken
Place the chicken pieces in a medium bowl. Add olive oil, sweet paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
Cook the chicken
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
You can substitute mozzarella with cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a pizza cheese blend. Whole wheat flatbread or naan can also be used for a healthier option.
