Bang Bang Salmon Bites Bowls

For the Salmon Bites

fresh salmon
skinless and cut into bite-sized cubes

garlic powder

smoked paprika

panko breadcrumbs

olive oil or olive oil spray
For the Bang Bang Sauce
½
cup
mayonnaise

tablespoons
sweet chili sauce
1
tablespoon
sriracha
adjust to taste

honey

Juice of ½ lime
For the Bowls
2
cups
cooked jasmine rice or cauliflower rice

cup
shredded purple cabbage
1
avocado
sliced
½
cup
shredded carrots
2
green onions
sliced
Fresh cilantro and sesame seeds
for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Press salmon pieces into panko breadcrumbs until fully coated. Lightly spray with olive oil.
Oven: Arrange salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12–14 minutes until golden and crispy.
Air Fryer: Cook in batches for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
Assemble Bang Bang Salmon Bites Bowls by adding rice to bowls, topping with cabbage, avocado, carrots, and crispy salmon.
Drizzle generously with bang bang sauce and garnish with green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
