For the Chicken
Wooden skewers
soaked in water for 30 minutes

skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

extra virgin olive oil

paprika

garlic powder

teaspoon
kosher salt

For the Bang Bang Sauce
1 1/4
cups
mayonnaise
2/3
cup
Thai sweet chili sauce
2
teaspoons
Sriracha
adjust to taste
2
tablespoons
honey
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine cubed chicken, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Thread 4–5 chicken cubes onto each soaked skewer.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth. This makes about 1 3/4 cups bang bang sauce.
Divide the sauce in half. Reserve one portion for serving after cooking.
Brush the remaining sauce generously over the chicken skewers.
Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook in batches if necessary.
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 11–12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Chicken is done when it reaches 165°F (74°C).
Transfer Bang Bang Chicken Skewers to a serving plate and drizzle with reserved sauce. Serve immediately.
Notes
• Can be grilled instead at medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes.
