Ingredients
  

Peanut Butter Banana Sushi

  • 1 taco-size flour tortilla
  • 1 ripe but firm banana
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • ½ cup chopped peanuts

Strawberries and Cream Banana Sushi

  • 1 taco-size flour tortilla
  • 1 ripe but firm banana
  • 3 tablespoons softened cream cheese
  • 2 strawberries thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons crushed freeze-dried strawberries

Chocolate Coconut Banana Sushi

  • 1 taco-size flour tortilla
  • 1 ripe but firm banana
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of your chosen filling (peanut butter, cream cheese, or chocolate spread) evenly over the tortilla.
  • Place the banana at one edge of the tortilla.
  • Roll tightly to form a log, keeping it snug.
  • Place seam-side down.
  • Spread the remaining tablespoon of filling over the top.
  • Sprinkle with toppings (peanuts, strawberries, or coconut).
  • Slice into 1-inch rounds to create banana sushi pieces.

Notes

  • Add honey or date syrup for extra sweetness
  • Serve with yogurt dip for added protein
  • Great for lunchboxes or quick snacks for beach outings
