Banana Oat Muffins No Added Sugar

Healthy banana oat muffins made with no added sugar.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp sea salt
  • 4 large ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • cup chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tray with paper liners.
  • Add oats to a blender and blend until a fine flour forms.
  • Add cinnamon, baking powder, and salt to the blender and blend again to combine.
  • In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
  • Add eggs, avocado oil, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  • Stir the dry oat mixture into the wet mixture until fully combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  • Divide the batter evenly into the muffin tray.
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes, until a thermometer reads 190°F in the center.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving your Banana Oat Muffins No Added Sugar.

Notes

  • Substitute chocolate chips with chopped dates for a fully refined sugar-free option
