Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add brown sugar and cinnamon, stirring until smooth and glossy.
Stir in vanilla extract and apple juice extract. Add bananas and cook until slightly softened.
Pour the banana mixture into the prepared dish.
In a bowl, whisk flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk and stir until just combined.
Drop spoonfuls of batter over the bananas.
Drizzle melted butter on top.
Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
