Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, egg, and parsley.
  • Mix until evenly combined without overworking the mixture.
  • Roll into 15 equal-sized meatballs and place on a parchment-lined plate.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Arrange meatballs in a single layer in the basket without overlapping.
  • Cook for 4 minutes, flip, then cook another 4 minutes.
  • Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • If needed, cook an additional 1–2 minutes until fully done.
  • Serve your Air Fryer Turkey Meatballs warm.
