Air Fryer Steak Bites

Air Fryer Steak Bites are quick and juicy pieces of steak cooked in minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz top sirloin filet cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Garlic Butter:

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, toss the steak pieces with olive oil.
  • In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, salt, black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Coat the steak evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 4–6 minutes, depending on your preferred doneness.
  • While cooking, melt the butter and mix in garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and parsley.
  • Remove the steak from the air fryer and toss immediately in the garlic butter.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your Air Fryer Steak Bites.

Notes

  • You can use flank steak, skirt steak, or round steak as alternatives.
