In a large bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, honey, and all spices. Toss until evenly coated.
Line the air fryer tray with parchment paper and arrange the shrimp in a single layer.
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 7–8 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
While cooking, warm the tortillas over a flame or in a pan.
Assemble the Air Fryer Shrimp Tacos by adding guacamole, shrimp, mango avocado salsa, and cilantro to each tortilla.
