Ingredients
  

For the Taco Filling:

  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

For Serving:

  • Grain-free tortillas
  • Mango avocado salsa
  • Guacamole
  • Chopped cilantro

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, honey, and all spices. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Line the air fryer tray with parchment paper and arrange the shrimp in a single layer.
  • Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 7–8 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  • While cooking, warm the tortillas over a flame or in a pan.
  • Assemble the Air Fryer Shrimp Tacos by adding guacamole, shrimp, mango avocado salsa, and cilantro to each tortilla.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • Swap mango salsa with pico de gallo for a different flavor.
