Air Fryer Salmon Bites

Air fryer salmon bites are quick and flavorful.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • Small piece fresh ginger grated
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Spicy mayo or sriracha aioli optional

Instructions
 

  • Remove skin and bones from salmon and cut into 1-inch cubes.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  • Add salmon cubes and toss to coat evenly.
  • Let marinate for at least 10 minutes (or longer for more flavor).
  • Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  • Lightly spray the basket with oil and place salmon in a single layer.
  • Cook for 5–8 minutes, flipping halfway and brushing with leftover marinade.
  • Remove and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
  • These air fryer salmon bites are perfect served over rice or with fresh vegetables.

Notes

You can substitute honey with maple syrup if preferred. These air fryer salmon bites also work great in wraps or salads.
