/ 340 g salmon fillets
skin removed

low-sodium soy sauce

teaspoons
honey
1
teaspoon
rice vinegar
1/2

toasted sesame oil
1
garlic clove
grated
Small cube fresh ginger
grated

Instructions
Remove skin and any pin bones from the salmon. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
In a bowl or container, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until combined.
Add salmon cubes and gently stir to coat. Marinate for 10 minutes, or refrigerate for up to a few hours if time allows.
Preheat air fryer to 390°F / 200°C. Lightly spray the basket with olive oil.
Arrange salmon bites in a single layer, leaving space between pieces.
Air fry for 5–8 minutes, flipping halfway and brushing with remaining marinade, until cooked to your liking.
