Ingredients

  • 2 medium russet potatoes
  • 1½ tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Leave the skins on for extra texture and flavor.
  • Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into quarters, and finally slice each quarter in half to create 8 wedges per potato.
  • Pat the potato wedges dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • Place the wedges in a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, parsley, chili powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
  • Toss until every wedge is evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  • Arrange half of the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Cook the Air Fryer Potato Wedges for 10 minutes.
  • Flip each wedge with tongs and continue cooking for another 5–7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Repeat with the remaining wedges.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

  • Russet potatoes produce the crispiest wedges, but Yukon Gold potatoes also work well.
  • Serve with ketchup, garlic aioli, ranch dressing, spicy mayo, or barbecue sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley for extra color and freshness.
