Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, garlic powder (or minced garlic), onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Toss well until all the chicken pieces are evenly coated.
Sprinkle the flour or cornstarch over the chicken and stir until every piece is lightly coated.
If necessary, add a small amount of additional flour or cornstarch to ensure all pieces are coated.
Generously spray the chicken with oil until there are no dry spots remaining.
Arrange the chicken in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding and cook in batches if needed.
Cook the Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Transfer the cooked chicken bites to a serving bowl.
Immediately toss with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
