Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt or to taste
  • Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour or cornstarch
  • Oil spray
  • 2 –3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, garlic powder (or minced garlic), onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Toss well until all the chicken pieces are evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle the flour or cornstarch over the chicken and stir until every piece is lightly coated.
  • If necessary, add a small amount of additional flour or cornstarch to ensure all pieces are coated.
  • Generously spray the chicken with oil until there are no dry spots remaining.
  • Arrange the chicken in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding and cook in batches if needed.
  • Cook the Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  • Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Transfer the cooked chicken bites to a serving bowl.
  • Immediately toss with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

  • Serve with ranch dressing, garlic aioli, honey mustard, or marinara sauce.
  • Pair with roasted vegetables, salad, fries, or rice.
  • Swap parsley for fresh basil or chives.
  • Add Italian seasoning for additional herb flavor.
  • Fresh lemon juice can brighten the finished dish.
