Ingredients
  

  • 9 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ tablespoon sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Cooking oil spray

Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the drumsticks and toss until evenly coated.
  • Gently pull the skin over any exposed meat where possible.
  • In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sweet paprika, chili powder, garlic granules, dried herbs, sea salt, and black pepper.
  • Coat each drumstick thoroughly in the seasoning mixture.
  • Arrange the drumsticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket or drawers.
  • Spray generously with cooking oil spray.
  • Cook the Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Drumsticks at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
  • Shake the basket or drawers halfway through cooking for even browning.
  • Turn the drumsticks over, increase the temperature to 200°C (390°F), and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Ensure the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  • Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
