Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Spray the basket with cooking spray.
Pat the chicken wings dry using paper towels.
Place wings in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, paprika, and garlic powder.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Increase temperature to 400°F (204°C) and cook for another 6–8 minutes until crispy and golden.
Remove and garnish with parsley. Serve with ranch dressing if desired.
