Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
Pat the chicken tenderloins dry using paper towels and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Allow the chicken to marinate for 15 minutes if time permits.

Leave excess marinade in the bowl to prevent dripping.
Air fry for 7–8 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
