Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins chicken tenders
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
  • Pat the chicken tenderloins dry using paper towels and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, sea salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the marinade over the chicken tenders and toss until evenly coated.
  • Allow the chicken to marinate for 15 minutes if time permits.
  • Arrange the Air Fryer Chicken Tenders in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
  • Leave excess marinade in the bowl to prevent dripping.
  • Air fry for 7–8 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
  • Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or side dishes.

Notes

  • Substitute honey with sugar-free honey if preferred.
  • Serve with roasted vegetables, salad, fries, or rice.
  • Great for wraps, sandwiches, and meal prep bowls.
  • Fresh lemon juice provides the best flavor.
