Air Fryer Chicken Salad

Air Fryer Chicken Salad is a creamy and easy recipe made with tender air-fried chicken.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 bone-in chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 stalks celery plus leaves minced
  • 1/4 cup red onion minced
  • 1 3/4 cup Miracle Whip
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken dry and coat with olive oil.
  • Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  • Place chicken in the air fryer and cook for 25–30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • While cooking, mince celery and red onion, then place on paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • Remove chicken and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Remove meat from the bone and pulse in a food processor until finely chopped.
  • Transfer chicken to a bowl and mix with celery and onion.
  • Gradually add Miracle Whip until desired consistency is reached.
  • Taste and adjust salt if needed.
  • Chill the Air Fryer Chicken Salad for at least 1 hour before serving.

  • Add nuts like almonds or walnuts for crunch
