Ingredients
  

The Spices

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

The Chicken

  • 2 teaspoons avocado oil
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts

Prepare the chicken

  • Slice each chicken breast into thin, flat pieces. Aim for evenly sized pieces for consistent cooking. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.

Season the chicken

  • In a bowl, mix all spices thoroughly. Add the chicken and sprinkle the seasoning evenly. Drizzle in avocado oil and toss until every piece is well coated.

Preheat the air fryer

  • Preheat your air fryer to 415°F (213°C).

Cook the chicken

  • Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between pieces. Cook the Air Fryer Chicken Breast for 10 minutes (up to 13 minutes for thicker pieces).

Check doneness

  • Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
