Air Fryer Chicken Breast Juicy and Tender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Brussels sprouts optional

Instructions
 

  • Brush olive oil evenly over both chicken breasts.
  • In a small bowl, mix Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the seasoning mixture onto both sides of the chicken.
  • Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 360°F (180°C) for 9 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken and add Brussels sprouts if using.
  • Cook for another 9 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let the Air Fryer Chicken Breast rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
  • You can slice leftovers for wraps, sandwiches, or salads.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste or add chili flakes for heat.
