Preheat your air fryer to 415°F (213°C).
Prepare the chicken by slicing each breast horizontally into thin, flat pieces. Thin pieces cook more evenly and stay juicy.
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a small bowl, combine paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, brown sugar, and cornstarch.
Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl and sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over them.
Add avocado oil and toss until every piece is thoroughly coated.
Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between pieces for proper airflow.
Cook the Air Fryer Chicken Breast for 10 minutes. Larger pieces may require 12–13 minutes.
Check the internal temperature using a meat thermometer. The chicken is done when it reaches 165°F (74°C).
Allow the chicken to rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing and serving.
