Air Fryer Cauliflower Recipe

Crispy Air Fryer Cauliflower made with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic, and lemon.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  • Place the cauliflower florets in a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Sprinkle with smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
  • Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  • Arrange the florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding and cook in batches if necessary.
  • Cook the Air Fryer Cauliflower for 7–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  • Continue cooking until the cauliflower is tender and browned around the edges.
  • Serve immediately while hot and crispy.

  • Fresh cauliflower works best for optimal texture.
  • A squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving enhances the flavor.
  • Pair with grilled chicken, steak, fish, or roasted vegetables.
  • For a spicy version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
