Air Fryer Cabbage Wedges

Crispy cabbage wedges in the air fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 small cabbage wedges
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder or paprika
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the cabbage wedges and pat them completely dry.
  • Dip the cabbage wedges in hot water for 5 minutes, then dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  • In a small bowl, mix turmeric, salt, red chili powder or paprika, oil, and lemon or lime juice.
  • Brush the marinade evenly over all sides of the cabbage wedges.
  • Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and place the cabbage wedges in a single layer.
  • Air fry at 350°F until tender and lightly crispy, flipping halfway through, about 12–15 minutes depending on size and preference.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

These cabbage wedges pair beautifully with hummus, yogurt-based dips, tahini sauce, or garlic aioli. Serve hot for best texture.
