Air Fryer Broccoli (Easy Crispy Recipe)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 –2 heads broccoli cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 –2 tbsp oil sesame, avocado, olive, or coconut oil
  • Sea salt or kosher salt to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C). Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray and let it heat for 2 minutes.
  • In a bowl, toss the broccoli with oil until evenly coated.
  • Season generously with salt and garlic powder, then mix well.
  • Place the broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the Air Fryer Broccoli for 8–10 minutes, shaking or tossing halfway through.
  • Serve immediately, optionally topped with sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving for brightness.
  • Sprinkle parmesan-style alternatives if desired.
  • Works great as a topping for rice bowls or salads.
