- 1 –2 heads broccoli cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 –2 tbsp oil sesame, avocado, olive, or coconut oil
- Sea salt or kosher salt to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C). Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray and let it heat for 2 minutes.
In a bowl, toss the broccoli with oil until evenly coated.
Season generously with salt and garlic powder, then mix well.
Place the broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook the Air Fryer Broccoli for 8–10 minutes, shaking or tossing halfway through.
Serve immediately, optionally topped with sesame seeds.
