Air Fryer Breaded Shrimp

Crispy shrimp made in the air fryer

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning
  • ½ tablespoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 12 ounces large shrimp peeled, deveined, tails on
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large resealable bag, combine flour, seafood seasoning, paprika, salt, parsley, and black pepper. Shake well to combine.
  • Place the beaten eggs in a shallow bowl.
  • Pat the shrimp dry completely using paper towels.
  • Working in batches, coat the shrimp in the seasoned flour, dip into the eggs, then coat again in flour.
  • Arrange the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding. Lightly spray the tops with nonstick spray.
  • Cook Air Fryer Breaded Shrimp for 4 minutes. Spray any dry or chalky spots, then cook for another 3 minutes until golden and crisp.

Notes

Serve with tartar sauce, garlic yogurt dip, or lemon wedges. These shrimp are also excellent in tacos, wraps, or served over a fresh salad.
