Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a large resealable bag, combine flour, seafood seasoning, paprika, salt, parsley, and black pepper. Shake well to combine.
Place the beaten eggs in a shallow bowl.
Pat the shrimp dry completely using paper towels.
Working in batches, coat the shrimp in the seasoned flour, dip into the eggs, then coat again in flour.
Arrange the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding. Lightly spray the tops with nonstick spray.
Cook Air Fryer Breaded Shrimp for 4 minutes. Spray any dry or chalky spots, then cook for another 3 minutes until golden and crisp.
