In a small bowl, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, honey, salt, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to create the BBQ sauce.
In another bowl, mix salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
Pat the chicken breasts dry and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture on both sides.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Brush the chicken generously with the BBQ sauce.
Cook for about 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through and brushing with more sauce.
Continue cooking until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce becomes caramelized. This step gives air fryer BBQ chicken its signature sticky glaze.
Remove the chicken from the air fryer and allow it to rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
