Air Fryer Bang Bang Salmon Bites are crispy and tender salmon cubes.

Ingredients
  

Salmon

  • 1 ½ pounds salmon skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Chives chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the salmon cubes and gently toss until evenly coated.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth.
  • Pour half of the sauce into a clean bowl and reserve for serving later.
  • Toss the seasoned salmon bites in the remaining sauce until lightly coated.
  • Arrange the salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
  • Air fry for 4–5 minutes. Flip and cook another 4–5 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140–145°F and the edges are lightly caramelized.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle with the reserved bang bang sauce.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped chives and serve immediately.
  • These Air Fryer Bang Bang Salmon Bites are best enjoyed hot and fresh for maximum crispiness.
