Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Add the salmon cubes and gently toss until evenly coated.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth.
Pour half of the sauce into a clean bowl and reserve for serving later.
Toss the seasoned salmon bites in the remaining sauce until lightly coated.
Arrange the salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
Air fry for 4–5 minutes. Flip and cook another 4–5 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140–145°F and the edges are lightly caramelized.
Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle with the reserved bang bang sauce.
Garnish with freshly chopped chives and serve immediately.
These Air Fryer Bang Bang Salmon Bites are best enjoyed hot and fresh for maximum crispiness.
