4 Ingredient Chocolate Cake (Healthy & Flourless)
A 4 Ingredient Chocolate Cake made with bananas, cocoa, eggs, and maple syrup.

- 383 g overripe bananas about 1.5 cups + 3 tbsp puree
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp Dutch process cocoa powder
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
Grease a 6-inch round springform pan and line it with parchment paper.
Add bananas, cocoa powder, eggs, and maple syrup to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 60–70 minutes until the center is set and the top is slightly cracked.
Let the 4 Ingredient Chocolate Cake cool completely.
Refrigerate for several hours to firm up before slicing.
