  • 16 oz box angel food cake mix
  • 21 oz can lemon pie filling
  • 1 large lemon juiced and zested
  • Powdered sugar optional for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Coat a 9×13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
  • Add the angel food cake mix, lemon pie filling, lemon juice, and lemon zest to a large mixing bowl.
  • Stir until the batter is smooth and fully combined. Avoid overmixing.
  • Pour the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the top is lightly golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
