  • 16 ounces about 3 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey or to taste
  • ¼ cup warm water as needed

  • If using fresh strawberries, wash, hull, and freeze them until completely solid, about 1 to 2 hours or overnight.
  • Add the frozen strawberries to a food processor or high-powered blender.
  • Blend until the strawberries begin breaking down.
  • Slowly add the warm water as needed, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides with a spatula.
  • Continue blending until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the mixture and stir in the honey until the desired sweetness is reached.
  • Serve the 3-Ingredient Easy Strawberry Sorbet immediately for a soft-serve texture.
  • For a firmer sorbet, transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1 to 2 hours before scooping.
